Where to look
In Integrations, open the platform and then the integration. The Recent logs block lists the events, newest first, with:- Date it arrived
- Event — Paid, Refunded, Chargeback, Canceled, Expired
- Action — Access granted, Access revoked or Ignored
- Email of the buyer
- Status of the processing
What each status means
- Received — it arrived and is queued.
- Processing — Kampp is working on it.
- Processed — all good.
- Ignored — the event needs no action (e.g. bank slip generated, pending payment, rejected sale).
- Duplicate — the same notification arrived again; Kampp doesn’t do it twice.
- Failed — something blocked the processing. The reason is in the details.
Reprocess a failure
When an event shows up as Failed, open the details and use Reprocess. Kampp runs the same event again with the data it already has.Common problems
- Nothing shows in the logs — the URL isn’t pasted in the platform, it’s incomplete, or the event wasn’t ticked there.
- It says “Ignored” — the event isn’t an approved purchase (it’s a bank slip, pending or rejected). That’s expected behavior.
- They bought but got no workout — access was granted, but delivery depends on the intake form. Check that there’s a rule tied to that webhook and that the form has deliveries by answer set up.
- No buyer email — without an email Kampp can’t create the account. Check the record in the sales platform.
The log keeps the original content sent by the platform. It’s your proof of what arrived
and when — handy when you need to check a sale with their support.
