For Kampp Flow to send WhatsApp messages, you need to connect your WhatsApp once. The most flexible way is through z-API, which lets you send free-text messages, with or without attachments.

Before you start

You’ll need a z-API account, where you create an “instance” of your WhatsApp. From there, you copy three pieces of information:
  • Instance ID
  • Instance Token
  • Athlete-Token (from the account security area)

How to connect

1

Go to Integrations

In the menu, open Integrations and choose the WhatsApp (z-API) card.
2

Create a new connection

Click New connection and give it a name you’ll recognize later (e.g., “Main WhatsApp”).
3

Paste the credentials

Fill in the Instance ID, Instance Token, and Athlete-Token you copied from z-API.
4

Save

Done. The connection becomes active and shows up as a “Send via” option in your automations.
You can have more than one WhatsApp connection (e.g., different numbers) and choose which one to send from in each automation.
Your credentials are stored securely and never shown again — only the last digits, so you can tell which is which.
