This is the part that’s yours. Cortex prepares; you decide.

The suggestion queue

In Cortex → Suggestions you see everything in progress, with Date, Athlete, Type, Status and Confidence. Two filters help you find what matters: by status and by type (Workout, Diet, Workout + diet).

What each status means

The confidence percentage tells you how much Cortex was able to lean on what the athlete answered. Green is high, amber is medium and red calls for extra attention — usually because information was missing from the intake form or there’s a health point to assess.

Opening a suggestion

Click the row. The screen shows:
  • Required points to watch — an amber card, when there is one. Always read it: that’s where a reported acute symptom, a pregnancy or postpartum, a reported eating disorder or a declared health limitation shows up.
  • Suggestion summary and the Adapted to what the athlete answered list — what changed and why.
  • Workout — the program with sessions, exercises, sets and rest times.
  • Diet — calories, protein, carbs, fat and water, plus the menu meal by meal.
  • What the AI understood (right-hand column) — the profile and intake form data it used as its base. If something is wrong here, the whole plan deserves suspicion.
  • History — the versions, who touched them and when.
The Required points to watch card isn’t decoration. It exists precisely to pull your clinical eye toward what a rushed review would let slip.

Adjust before delivering

Click Edit. If the suggestion has several parts, Kampp asks what you want to edit — each workout session and the diet open in Kampp’s full builder, the same one you already use. In there, the save button becomes Save to suggestion. Once you save, it moves to Reviewed, with a new version in the history.
It’s worth leaving a note in the Feedback on the suggestion field. Besides recording why you changed it, it’s what makes the next suggestion land closer to what you wanted.

Approve workout and diet separately

When a suggestion brings workout and diet, each card has its own pair of Approve / Reject buttons. Both start on “Approve”. That’s for the common case of “the workout came out great, the diet didn’t”: reject only the diet, approve the workout. The rejected part gets the Not delivered badge, becomes nothing for the athlete and stays in the history. If the athlete already had a diet, they simply keep it.

Deliver

Click Approve and deliver. Kampp confirms what’s about to happen and, once you confirm, creates the workout and/or the diet in the athlete’s account right away.
Delivery can’t be undone. Check it before you confirm.
After that the status becomes Delivered, a green banner shows what was delivered and a View athlete button appears.

Discard

If the suggestion isn’t any good, use Discard suggestion. It leaves the queue, nothing is delivered and the record stays in the history.
Discarding doesn’t refund the credit used to generate the suggestion.

Who can do what

Members of your team only see Cortex if they have permission to review prescriptions. Someone who can review but not approve sees the Mark as reviewed button instead of Approve and deliver — the delivery stays with you. See Permissions.
