Remembering each athlete’s birthday is a small gesture that creates a huge amount of goodwill — and Kampp does it for you, every year, automatically.

How to set it up

Create the automation

In Kampp Flow, create an automation.

Choose the birthday trigger

In the trigger, select “Athlete’s birthday”. It fires on the right day, using the athlete’s date of birth on file.

Write the birthday wish

Add the WhatsApp message, for example: “Happy birthday, ! 🎉 May your new year be full of health and great workouts!”.

Activate it

Done. From now on, each athlete gets a birthday message on their day, without you having to remember.
Consider attaching a celebratory image to make the message even more special (see “Attach an image, audio, video, or document”).
For this to work, the athlete needs a date of birth on file. Without it, Kampp has no way to know the date and simply won’t send.
