A mesocycle is a training plan split into phases across a few weeks — the classic periodization. Instead of sending loose workouts, you design a journey: adaptation, gains, peak, and so on. Each phase of the mesocycle is a folder of workouts.
On screen, Kampp calls this a program: the button is Build program, the field is Program name and the final button is Create program.

How to build one

1

Open Build program

On the athlete’s page, use Build program. You can build one for a team too.
2

Name it and pick a start date

Fill in the Program name and the Starts on date.
3

Define the phases

Split the period into phases (for example: adaptation, hypertrophy, strength). For each phase, choose the folder with that stage’s workouts and how many weeks it lasts (up to 24 weeks per phase). The picker shows each folder with how many workouts are inside. If there’s no folder with workouts, Kampp tells you to create the folders in your library first.
4

Set the order

Use the ↑ ↓ arrows in each phase’s header to change the sequence, and the trash icon to remove a phase. At the top, the counter shows how many phases and how many weeks in total.
5

Create it

Click Create program. There’s no activation step: once you save, it’s live — the phases switch on their own over time.
When you edit a program, swapping a phase’s folder replaces that phase’s workouts. To adjust a single workout without swapping the whole folder, click it on the program card.
Since each phase is a folder, it pays off to keep your workout folders well organized before building the program — that way you just pick the right folder for each stage.
As time goes by, the phases switch on their own: when one phase ends, the athlete automatically receives the next folder’s workouts.
