Besides assigning a folder to your athletes, you can generate a public link. Whoever opens it copies the workouts into their own account — even if they’re not your athlete. It’s how you send a workout to a colleague, promote a free program or hand out a sample of your method.
1

Open the folder options

In your Workouts library, use the folder’s options menu (⋯) and choose Share.
2

Copy the link

The dialog shows the ready-made link. Click the button next to it to copy.
3

Send it to whoever you want

WhatsApp, a story, a group, your bio — the same link works for as many people as you want.

What the other person gets

Opening the link on a phone, they see a Copy this workout button and the Kampp app opens to add the workouts to their library. People who don’t have the app yet are sent to the App Store or Google Play.
Sharing is not the same as assigning. With a share, the person gets a copy that becomes theirs — you don’t track their sessions, and your later edits don’t change their copy. To coach someone, use assign workouts.
In the same dialog you can see how many people copied it (“3 people copied your workout”) and you get two actions:
  • Deactivate link — the link stops working right away. Copies already made stay with the people who made them.
  • Generate new link — creates a fresh link after you deactivate one (or when the old one expired or hit its limit).
A link can show up as deactivated, expired or exhausted — in every case, just generate a new one.
If a link started circulating somewhere you didn’t intend, deactivate it and generate another. Nobody loses what they already copied, and the old link dies instantly.
Each person can only copy once per link: clicking twice doesn’t duplicate the workouts in their library.
