Not every piece of athlete data is the same. Weight and workouts are one thing; body images and health history are another. That’s why Kampp treats some data as sensitive: for you to see it, two conditions have to hold at the same time.
1

The athlete consented

They need to have shared that data with the team, from the app.
2

Your profile has permission

Team members only see what their permission allows.

Where this shows up

Open the athlete → Assessments tab → Sharing sub-tab. At the top, the notice: Sensitive data requires the athlete’s consent. Today the available block is Body Scan, listing the most recent scans with date, waist and weight. Each row has an Images button that opens the scan photos.

The messages you may run into

There’s no button for you to grant consent from the dashboard — and that’s on purpose. The data belongs to the athlete; they’re the one who authorizes it, in the app. If you need it, ask them.

Why this is good for you

It looks like red tape, but it works in your favor:
  • It protects the athlete, who trusted you with their body.
  • It protects you, because access to this kind of data is logged — see Audit log.
  • It protects your team, because you control who in your operation sees what.
Want to give or remove someone on your team access to this kind of data? You do it in Team → member menu → Permissions, in the group highlighted in amber. See Permissions.
