Cortex is Kampp’s prescription assistant. When an athlete answers your intake form, Cortex builds a workout and/or diet draft already tuned to what that person answered — and leaves it waiting for you. Nothing reaches the athlete on its own. You review it, adjust it if you want, and only then deliver.

The idea in one sentence

The athlete answers. Cortex prepares. You decide.

What it hands back to you

You don’t have to start from scratch on every new intake form. Cortex arrives with:
  • the workout program built out, with sessions, exercises, sets and rest times;
  • the diet with calories, macros, water goal and the menu split into meals;
  • a summary of what it understood and what it adapted for that athlete;
  • the points to watch that you need to look at carefully (a reported pain, a pregnancy, a health limitation).

The full path

1

You teach it your method

In Coach DNA, you write down how you prescribe: what you prioritize, what you avoid, your tone. That’s what makes the suggestion sound like you instead of generic.
2

You turn the suggestion on for an intake form

In the intake form builder, switch on Generate suggestion with AI and choose whether you want a workout, a diet or both.
3

The athlete answers

From their answers, the suggestion goes into the Cortex queue.
4

You review and deliver

You open it, check it, edit whatever you want and click Approve and deliver. Only then does it become a workout and a diet in the athlete’s account.

Where to find it

In the side menu, under Cortex. The red badge next to it shows how many things are waiting on you: suggestions to review and open monitoring recommendations. The screen has three tabs:
Cortex is exclusive to the Enterprise plan. Without it, the screen shows a locked card with an Upgrade button.
Cortex doesn’t replace you. It gets the legwork out of the way and organizes what the athlete answered — the clinical decision and the responsibility for the prescription stay yours. That’s why no suggestion reaches the athlete without your approval.

Where to start

Teach it your method

The first step. Without it, Cortex generates nothing.

I don't know how to write my method

A shortcut to get what you already do out of your head.

Turn it on for an intake form

Choose which questionnaires the suggestion is born from.

Review and deliver

The part that’s yours: check it, adjust it and approve it.
