Search for anything

The Search athlete or message… box at the top of the list searches everything at once (just type two letters). The result comes back in three blocks:
  • Conversations — the people you’ve already talked to.
  • Start conversation — your athletes who don’t have an open conversation yet.
  • Messages — what was said, inside any conversation.
Under Messages, the matching snippet is highlighted. Click the result and Kampp jumps straight to that message in the middle of the history, highlighted for a few seconds.
This is how you find what the athlete said “last month, more or less”: search for a word they used, not the date.
To clear the search, use the x in the field or press Esc.

Archive a conversation

Archiving takes the conversation out of the list without deleting anything.
  1. Hover over the conversation and click the ⋮ (Conversation actions).
  2. Choose Archive.
To see what’s archived, click the archive icon at the top of the list (View archived). From there, the same menu offers Restore. The same button takes you back to the active conversations.
Archiving is reversible and the athlete isn’t told. If they send a new message, the conversation comes back into the list.

Delete a conversation

The same ⋮ menu has two options — read carefully, because deleting can’t be undone:
1

Delete for me

The conversation leaves your list and you stop seeing the history, even if you talk to that person again later. The athlete still has the conversation in their app.
2

Delete for everyone

The conversation leaves your list and the athlete’s app. Neither of you sees the history again, even if you go back to talking later.
Neither one can be undone. When you’re torn between archiving and deleting, archive — your list ends up the same and you don’t lose the history.
