With 80 athletes on your roster, it’s impossible to look at everyone’s progress every week. The Monitoring tab does that sweep for you.

Where to find it

Menu Cortex → Monitoring tab, in the Next best actions card. Each row shows the athlete, the type of recommendation, the reason and the recommended action.

The alerts you might see

What to do with each row

  • Acknowledge — you’ve seen it and you’ll act. It leaves the list and the menu counter drops.
  • Dismiss — it doesn’t make sense for this athlete. It disappears from the list.
“Acknowledge” and “Dismiss” change nothing in the athlete’s account — they’re just your inbox. What actually solves things is what you do next: send the message, adjust the load, ask for the assessment.

An empty list is a good sign

When there’s nothing, Kampp shows No intervention needed right now. Kampp only looks at the workouts you delivered and only opens a recommendation when it finds enough evidence — it would rather stay quiet than bury you in false alarms.
