Every suggestion Cortex generates uses 1 credit. Credits come with your plan and renew with each billing cycle.

What uses a credit (and what doesn’t)

The credit is spent on generation, not on delivery. A discarded suggestion has already used its credit. So it’s worth turning the AI on only for the intake forms that really do turn into prescriptions.

Where to track your balance

In the sidebar

In the plan card, at the bottom of the menu, you get the Credits bar showing how much you’ve used against your allowance. The color tells you where you stand: green is normal, amber is close to the limit and red means you’ve hit it or gone past it.

Inside Cortex

In the Suggestions tab, three cards at the top:
1

Current plan

How many generations are included in your cycle. When your contract rolls credits over, this also shows your open balance: how much is from this cycle, how much carried over and how much is complimentary — plus a notice of how many expire in the next 30 days.
2

Generations used

How many you’ve used, splitting what was included from what became overage, and how many are still processing.
3

Cycle projection

How many you’re on track to finish the cycle with at your current pace. If that goes over your allowance, it shows how much is pending in reais; if not, it says Within your current allowance.
Cycle projection is the card that saves you from a surprise on the invoice. Look at it once a week, not on billing day.

When the allowance runs out

It depends on what’s agreed in your contract — the Your Enterprise proposal card, under Settings → Plan, shows which case is yours:
  • Extra credits included (e.g. R$ 2.50 each) — generation carries on normally and the overage goes onto the cycle’s invoice.
  • Extra credits not included — generation stops when the allowance runs out. The athletes’ answers are still saved; you write the prescription by hand or wait for the cycle to turn over.

Quality: a card worth looking at

Still in the Suggestions tab, the Suggestion quality card shows how many you approved with no edits, with small edits, with large edits, and your average review time. It’s the best thermometer for your Coach DNA: a lot of “large edits” means your method is described too vaguely. Go back to Coach DNA and be more specific in your rules.
There’s no one-off credit purchase in the dashboard. Credits come through your plan or through your Enterprise proposal — see Plan and subscription.
