Kampp Partners is the referral program: you refer, the person you referred subscribes, and you get a recurring percentage.

Where it lives

On the Dashboard, in the Earnings report card, click See all. That opens the Kampp Partners screen.
This isn’t your athletes’ finances. What your athletes pay you lives in the Athlete payments tab.

The four numbers up top

Your tier

The Your tier card shows the percentage you get on the net revenue of your referrals, a progress bar and how many active paying users are left until the next tier.
Your tier can drop. If you lose active paying users, an orange grace period notice shows up: you keep your current percentage for a few more days to recover. After that, the percentage goes down.

Referred customers

Shows how many active paying users you have, split between Athletes and Coaches, and the earnings window — how long that referral keeps paying you (lifetime or a set number of months).

Statement

The table lists every movement with Date, Movement and Amount (green for money in, red for money out), and shows the next release. You’ll see entries like commission generated, commission released, commission reversal, refund adjustment and payout requested.

Withdrawing

1

Register your payout account

Before your first withdrawal, go to Settings → Payout account and fill in your details. You can get paid by PIX (national ID, email, phone or random key) or by international bank transfer.
2

Click Withdraw

At the top of the Kampp Partners screen.
3

Enter the amount

Kampp shows how much is available. The minimum is R$ 100.00 per withdrawal.
4

Confirm

Click Request payout. It goes into the queue and you follow it in the Payouts card.
In the Payouts card you see Date, Method, Status and Amount. The status goes through Under review, Processing and Paid (or Declined / Canceled).
The Withdraw button stays disabled while your available balance is below the minimum.
