Once the diet is built, it’s time to deliver. You can send it to one person, several, or a whole team.

To one or more athletes

1

Open the diet's menu

In Diets, Templates tab, use the diet’s options menu (⋯).
2

Choose Assign to athletes

Search and tick who should receive it.
3

Confirm

The diet shows up in their app and starts counting in the Assigned tab.
You can also deliver straight from the person’s profile: open the athlete and go to the nutrition tab.

To a team

Open the team under Teams and use Assign diet in the Team diets block. Everyone on the team gets it — including people who join later.

Scheduling the delivery

Inside the diet, the Schedule delivery block defines the period it’s valid:
  • Starts on — the date the diet appears for the athlete.
  • Duration — from 1 to 52 weeks, or No end date.
With a duration, the diet expires on its own at the end. With no end date, it stays valid until you replace it.

Diet statuses

In the Assigned tab, each diet shows where it stands:
  • Draft — still being built.
  • Scheduled — starts on a future date.
  • Suspended — paused.
  • Archived — out of use, but kept.

What the athlete sees

They follow the day’s menu, tick the meals they had and log their water. You see their adherence in their profile — who’s following the plan and who isn’t.
When you assign, the active diet those athletes have with you is archived. The history of what they already logged is preserved.
Each athlete gets their own copy of the plan. That’s on purpose: you can adjust one person’s diet without touching everyone else’s. The flip side is that editing the template later doesn’t change diets already delivered — assign it again for that.
If the athlete received diets from more than one coach, they choose which one to follow in the app. The most recent choice wins.
