Switch plans
1
Open the plans
In Settings → Plan, click Change plan.
2
Pick the card
Clicking a card only selects it — it doesn’t buy anything. The chosen card gets a
red border.
3
Confirm
Click Subscribe. The plan you’re already on shows up as Current plan and stays
disabled.
Undo a scheduled switch
When you downgrade, an amber banner shows up on the card: Switch to plan X scheduled, telling you until which day you stay as you are. Changed your mind? Click Cancel this change and confirm with Yes, keep current plan. The banner disappears and everything goes on as before, with the usual charge at the next renewal. While that amber banner is there, nothing has changed yet. You keep every limit of
your current plan until the date shown.
Invoices and payment method
The Manage subscription button opens the payment portal, where your card, your invoices and your receipts live. In the dashboard, the Payment history card lists the latest invoices with Date, Amount, Status and a View invoice link. For the full list, use View all in the portal.Cancel and reactivate
Under Cancel subscription, Kampp asks for confirmation right there (Yes, cancel / No). Canceling doesn’t cut your access right away: a banner shows up telling you until which day the subscription is valid, and the cancel button turns into Reactivate subscription. Until that date arrives, you can go back with one click.Notices you might see
