Kampp Flow is your automatic-message assistant. You set it up once, and it takes care of sending the right message, to the right person, at the right time — without you having to remember anything.

The idea in one sentence

When X happens, do Y.
For example: when an athlete joins the team, send a welcome message on WhatsApp. You define this once and Kampp does it on its own, forever.

How an automation is built

Every automation has a simple sequence:
1

Trigger — what kicks it off

The event that starts the automation. E.g.: the athlete joined the team, did their first workout, went quiet for a few days, has a birthday today.
2

Condition (optional) — a filter

An extra detail to refine it. E.g.: only if the athlete is in a certain team, only if their frequency is low.
3

Wait (optional) — give it some time

Pause before the next step. E.g.: wait 3 days, or wait until a date.
4

Action — what Kampp does

What actually happens. Today: send a WhatsApp message or tag the athlete.

Examples you can build

  • Welcome: athlete joins the team → send a welcome message.
  • Inactive athlete: went X days without training → send an “I missed you”.
  • Birthday: on the athlete’s birthday → send a happy birthday.
  • Campaign: on a set date → send an announcement to everyone.
For WhatsApp messages to work, you need to connect your WhatsApp once in Integrations. See the tutorials in that section.
