This is the part that saves the most time: instead of reading every intake form and delivering the workout by hand, the answer itself decides which folder the athlete gets. It works like this: you create deliveries. Each delivery says “when the answer is X, unlock folder Y”.

Before you start

You need:
  • An intake form with at least one single choice, cards or multiple choice question (those are the ones that can be conditions).
  • Your workout folders already built — one per path. If you don’t have them yet, see organize workouts in folders.

Create a delivery

1

Open the form

In Forms → Intake forms, click the form you want to edit.
2

Go to Delivery by answer

Scroll the builder to the Delivery by answer (optional) block and click Add delivery.
3

Set the condition

Under When the answer is, pick the question and then tap the options that apply. You can select more than one — any of them counts.
4

Choose the folder

Under Delivers →, select the workout folder that answer unlocks.
5

Save

Click Save intake form. From now on, whoever answers that way gets that folder.

Combining conditions (AND)

Inside the same delivery you can use And also to stack conditions. The folder is only unlocked when all of them match. Example: goal = Hypertrophy AND trains at the gym → “Gym Hypertrophy” folder.
Each question can only appear once per delivery. To handle two different goals, create two deliveries.

Delivery with no condition

If you create a delivery and leave it without conditions, it applies to everyone who answers. That’s your baseline — what every athlete gets, no matter what they answer. Deliveries with conditions stack on top of that baseline. So someone who answers “Hypertrophy” gets the baseline folder and the hypertrophy folder.

When the workout is released

At the top of the block you choose When to release:
  • Immediately — the workout shows up as soon as they finish answering.
  • After the answer — you set how many days later and at what hour it opens.
Example: 1 day at 6am means someone answering at 11pm sees the workout at 6am the next morning. The clock is theirs, not yours.
Holding it for a day gives you time to read the intake form before they start — and it builds that nice “tomorrow morning your workout is there” anticipation.

Warnings the dashboard gives you

The builder flags anything that would behave differently than you expect:
  • “Pick the folder this delivery unlocks” — with no folder, the delivery is ignored.
  • “Every condition needs at least one option selected” — an empty condition matches nothing.
  • “Another delivery also unlocks this same folder” — two deliveries pointing at the same folder; usually you want different ones.
  • “No condition: this delivery unlocks for everyone” — a reminder that it’s the baseline.
Delivery by answer runs every time the athlete answers that form — including each round of a recurring form. Workouts don’t duplicate: if they already have that folder, nothing is delivered again.
