Not every assessment has to be done by you. When the athlete lives in another city, or when the measurements are simple enough for them to take alone, you send a link — they fill it in from their phone, with no login, and the data lands in your dashboard.
1

Open the athlete's assessments

Athlete → Assessments tab → Physical assessments sub-tab.
2

Click Send to the athlete

This opens the Assessment links for the athlete window.
3

Click Generate first link

After the first one, the button becomes New link.
4

Choose what they fill in

Kampp already ticks the essentials (weight, body fat %, waist, hip, chest, arm, thigh and the notes). Tick or untick whatever you want, field by field or by whole section.
5

Set how long it lasts

Under Link validity, choose how many days it works for — from 1 to 60, with 14 as the default.
6

Generate it

Click Generate link.
Ask for little. A link with 6 fields comes back filled in; one with 30 fields gets abandoned halfway. You can always send another one later.

Send it to the athlete

On the link card you get:
  • the full address, with a copy button;
  • the green WhatsApp button, which opens the conversation with the message already written and the link pasted in;
  • a button to open the link in a new tab, so you can check what they’ll see.

Keep track

Each link shows a status badge: When they answer, the assessment joins the list as usual, with the Athlete filled it in badge so you know those numbers weren’t measured by you.

Change or cancel

  • Edit fields — changes what the athlete needs to fill in. The link and whatever they already answered are preserved; they see the new fields when they reload.
  • Revoke — kills access right away. Use it when you sent it to the wrong person or you no longer want that data collected.
Revoking takes effect immediately and can’t be undone. If you need it again, generate another link.

What the athlete sees

A simple page with your photo and your name — “[your name] asked you to fill this in” —, the expiry date, a counter of how many fields they’ve answered and only the fields you ticked. When they submit, they read Got it, we received your answers! and can come back to the same link to fix something while it hasn’t expired. If something’s wrong, they get a clear explanation: Invalid link, Expired link or Revoked link — always pointing them to ask you for a new one.
