The physical assessment is where you record the athlete’s numbers at a point in time: weight, measurements, skinfolds, photos. Each assessment is saved with its date, so over time you build a progress history.

How to record one

1

Open the athlete

In Athletes, open the profile and go to the Assessments tab.
2

Create a new assessment

Click for a new assessment and choose the date it was done (today or a past date).
3

Fill in the data

Record what you measured, by section:
  • Anthropometry: weight, height, body fat %.
  • Girths: circumferences (waist, arm, thigh…).
  • Skinfolds: if you use calipers.
  • Photos: front, side, and back, to compare visual progress.
4

Save

The assessment goes into the athlete’s history, ready to compare with the next ones.
No need to fill in everything. Record only what you use in your assessment — leave the rest blank.
Assessment photos are the athlete’s personal information. Store and share them responsibly.

Let the athlete fill it in

You don’t have to measure everything in person. You can generate a link, choose which fields they fill in and get the data straight into your dashboard — see Let the athlete fill in the assessment.
