When you open an athlete you land on their profile — your x-ray of that person. Go to Athletes in the menu and click the name.

The header

At the top you get the photo, the name, the email, the phone (click it to open WhatsApp), the date of birth and how long they’ve been your athlete. Next to the name, the status of the relationship:

The buttons at the top

  • Chat — opens the chat with that person.
  • Suspend / Reactivate — cuts off or restores access to workouts.
  • Resend invite — takes the place of the previous button while the invite is pending.
  • Remove — takes the athlete out of your roster.
Removing is irreversible. That person’s history is erased for good. If you only want to pause, use Suspend. See Suspend or remove an athlete.
Profile looks empty and you don’t understand why? Check the status. With an invite pending, the profile, the metrics and the workouts don’t show up until the person accepts. Use Resend invite if they say they never got it.

The seven tabs

The Overview tab

The four numbers at the top

1

Engagement

A score from 0 to 100 that sums up whether the athlete is following the plan, with the label Excellent, Good, Attention or Critical.Anyone who joined less than two weeks ago shows as New athlete · settling in and doesn’t get a score yet — it’s an adaptation period, there’s nothing to judge.
2

Completed workouts

How many they finished in the current month.
3

Weekly frequency

The average of workouts per week over the last 4 weeks.
4

Last workout

When it was — “Today”, “Yesterday”, “N days ago” or the date — and which workout it was.

Calendar

Shows the month with the days they trained marked. Use the arrows to move between months.

Insights

Short sentences Kampp puts together on its own from their behavior, with the alerts first. Things like Inactive for more than 2 weeks, Slowed down this week, Never performed a workout and Low completion rate — or the positive ones, like N days in a row and Excellent consistency.
Insights are the shortcut to the question “who do I talk to today?”. Open the profile, read the first two lines and you already know whether you need to act.

Notes

Your little notebook about that person, in the right-hand column. See Notes.

The training profile (in the Workouts tab)

In the Workouts tab, in the right-hand column, sits the Athlete profile card — everything they filled in during the app onboarding, in blocks you open and close:
  • Restrictions — limitations and injuries they declared (knee, lower back, shoulder…). Read this before prescribing.
  • Physical — gender, age, height, weight, belt/grade.
  • Sport and goal — sport, level, time practicing, goal, experience.
  • Training plan — where they train, weekly workout target, time available, preferred time of day, gym access.
  • Available equipment — what they have on hand.
  • Kampp stats — workouts, total time, volume, streak and level.
If they never completed the onboarding, the card shows Not filled in.
On accounts without a higher plan, the profile warns that you’re seeing only the last 30 days, with a shortcut to unlock the full history.
