Assigning a folder to a team delivers it to everyone at once — including people who join later. It’s the team board: if you’re on the team, you get it.

Assign a folder to the team

1

Open the team

In Teams, click the team and go to the Team workouts block.
2

Click Assign folder

Pick the folder with the workouts the team will receive.
3

Define who gets it

Use the filters (below) to target the delivery, or leave everything on Any for everyone to receive it.
4

Schedule it (optional)

Set when the workouts become available and for how many weeks.

Filters: delivering the right workout

You can assign several folders to the same team, each for a different profile. Three filters decide who gets each one:

Who is this workout for?

Any, Male or Female.

Where the athlete trains

Any, At home, Gym or Mixed. People who haven’t said where they train yet receive it as soon as they fill in their profile.

The athlete’s goal

Here’s an important difference between three options:
  • Any — everyone receives it, whatever their goal. It stacks with goal-specific folders (someone chasing hypertrophy gets the “Any” folder and the hypertrophy one). Use it for the baseline that applies to everybody.
  • A specific goal (Hypertrophy, Fat loss, Strength…) — only people who picked that goal in the app receive it.
  • Default · everyone else — the safety net: it goes to people who didn’t match any specific goal on that team. It never comes together with a specific one.
The recipe that works: an Any folder with the essentials (mobility, core), goal-specific folders for the goals you serve, and a Default · everyone else folder so nobody ends up without a workout.

When the workout shows up

In the scheduling step you choose between releasing it right away, on a set date, or a while after the person joins the team. That last one is the most used for cohorts: each athlete’s clock starts on the day they joined, not the day you set it up.

Team diets

The Team diets block works the same way: Assign diet delivers the plan to the whole group. See deliver a diet plan.
People who join the team later automatically receive what’s on the board — no need to assign again.
