Some of the most valuable triggers are the engagement ones — they notice when a athlete is cooling off and let you act before you lose them.

Available triggers

  • No training for X days: the athlete hasn’t trained for a while.
  • No app open for X days: they’ve gone quiet in the app.
  • Frequency dropped: they used to train more and slowed down.
  • Lost their streak: they broke that run of consecutive training weeks.

How to use it

1

Create the automation

In Kampp Flow, create an automation and open the trigger.
2

Choose the engagement trigger

Select, for example, “No training for X days” and set the number of days.
3

Define the action

Add the WhatsApp message — something warm, like “I missed you, ! Ready to get back to it?”.
Re-engagement messages work best when they’re kind and pressure-free. The goal is to bring the person back, not to nag.
Kampp avoids repeating the same message needlessly. It sends once for that quiet spell — it won’t keep messaging every day while the athlete is away.
