When you sign in to Kampp you land on the Dashboard: the summary of how your work is going in the period you chose.

Choosing the period

The date filter sits in the top right corner. Click it and pick a shortcut — Today, Last 7 days, Last 14 days, Last 30 days, This month, Last month, This year, Last year or All time. For a specific range, click the start date and the end date on the calendar and confirm with Apply.
Your choice is saved: when you come back to the dashboard later, it opens on the same period. No need to set it up every time.

The three numbers at the top

Each card carries a percentage comparing it with the previous period of the same length — the last 7 days against the 7 days before them, and so on.
The Athletes card shows your entire roster and does not change with the period filter.

Athlete activity

A bar chart by day, with Athletes training and Workout completed. It’s there so you can see the rhythm: strong days, dead days, and whether the whole week is dropping off.

Alert: athletes who need attention

The most useful card on the screen. It lists who stopped training, sorted by severity: The table shows the first five; use See all to open the full list. Clicking any row takes you straight to that person’s profile.
This card ignores the period filter — it always shows who is inactive right now. The same goes for Latest activity. That’s on purpose: churn risk is information about the present, not about the range you picked.
Treat this list as your task for the day. An athlete on Attention still comes back with a message; one on Critical has usually already decided to leave.

Earnings report

Shows how much you generated in the period, split between Athletes and Partners. The See all link takes you to Kampp Partners, with balance, statement and withdrawals.

Latest activity

The last six sessions completed by your athletes, with the person’s name, the workout and how long ago it was.
Earnings report and Alert depend on your plan. On plans that don’t include them, they simply don’t appear and the other cards take up the space.

Where to go next

Just starting? The natural path is: invite an athlete, build an intake form, build the workout and let delivery happen on its own.
