Every athlete has a Payments tab with their financial history with you. It holds both the sales recognized by the integrations (Kiwify, Hotmart, Sellyo) and the entries you record by hand. Open the athlete and go to the Payments tab.

The summary

Three cards at the top:
  • Gross amount — the sum of what was sold.
  • Total received — what actually came in.
  • Valid payments — how many records count, with an amber notice when one is pending review.

The history

The table shows Date, Product, Source, Status and Amount. Source tells you where it came from: Manual (you recorded it) or the gateway’s name. Status can be:

Filters

  • Period — the From and To fields, with Clear period to go back to normal.
  • Status — comes filtered on Paid. Switch it to All when you’re investigating something.
  • Source — All sources, Gateways or Manual.
Since the filter opens on “Paid”, it’s easy to think a refund vanished. If an amount doesn’t add up, switch the status to All before you conclude anything.

Record a payment by hand

This is for what came in outside the integrations: PIX, cash, a transfer, a plan sold in person.
1

Click Record payment

The red button at the top of the tab.
2

Fill it in

Amount received, Currency, Product or plan (e.g., Monthly coaching), Date and time, Installments and Notes.
3

Save

Click Save payment. It goes into the history with Manual as the source.

See the detail of a payment

Click any row to open the Payment details side panel, with the gross amount, the net amount, what was refunded, the sale data and the audit trail — who recorded it, when, and the event history for that payment.

Delete a manual entry

Only manual entries can be deleted (with the trash icon or from the footer of the details panel). Kampp asks for a reason for the deletion.
Deleting takes the entry out of the financial view and out of the totals, but the record is kept for auditing. Nothing is truly erased — that’s why the reason is required.
Payments coming from a gateway can’t be deleted here. They reflect what the sales platform recognized; adjustments have to happen there.
