With Hotmart connected, every approved purchase creates the buyer’s account in Kampp and triggers delivery. Refunds, chargebacks and cancellations remove access.

In Kampp: create the integration

1

Open Integrations

In the menu, go to Integrations and click the Hotmart card.
2

Create a new integration

Click New Integration and give it a name (e.g. “Hotmart — 12-week coaching”). It’s worth creating one per product.
3

Choose the buyers' password

Set a default password off = a random password per buyer. On = everyone gets the same password you choose.
4

Confirm refund and chargeback

Leave Revoke on refund and Revoke on chargeback on so access is removed automatically in those cases.
5

Create and copy the URL

Click Create Integration and copy the Webhook URL.

In Hotmart: paste the URL

1

Open webhooks

In the Hotmart dashboard, go to Tools → Webhooks → Settings.
2

Paste the Kampp URL

Add the URL you copied and select the matching product.
3

Enable the events

Tick the purchase events:
  • Purchase approved (PURCHASE_APPROVED) — unlocks access.
  • Refund (PURCHASE_REFUNDED) — removes it.
  • Chargeback (PURCHASE_CHARGEBACK) — removes it.
  • Cancellation (PURCHASE_CANCELED) — removes it.
Generated bank slips and Pix, late payments and abandoned carts are recognized but do not unlock access — only an approved purchase does. They show up in the logs as Ignored.

Test it

After the first sale (or a test), open the integration in Kampp: Recent logs should show the purchase with the Access granted tag. If something fails, see track incoming events.
