How it works

You create an integration in Kampp
An integration is the channel between the sales platform and Kampp. When you create
one, you get a unique webhook URL.

You paste that URL in the sales platform
That’s how you tell it “let Kampp know when someone buys”. Each platform has its own
path — see the tutorial for yours.

The sale happens
When the payment is approved, the platform notifies Kampp. If the buyer doesn’t have an
account yet, it’s created on the spot and they get an email with their login and
password.

The intake form steps in
If you created an intake rule for that integration, the buyer has to answer before the
workout unlocks.

The right workout is delivered
Their answer decides which folder they get — fat loss, hypertrophy, beginner, whatever
you built.
Why route it through the intake form
Because that’s what turns a sale into actual coaching. Instead of every buyer getting the same PDF, each one answers three or four questions and receives the program that makes sense for them — without you opening the dashboard. - An email with where to download the app, their login (the email used in the purchase) and their password.
- The password can be random (a different one per buyer) or a default password of yours, set on the integration.
- Buyers who already had an account keep their own password — the new access is just added on top.
Refunds and chargebacks
On the integration you decide whether access is removed when the platform reports a refund or a chargeback. Both are on by default.Removing access doesn’t delete the buyer’s account or their workout history — it only
takes away the content that purchase unlocked.
