The technical manager is the professional who answers for the prescriptions that leave your dashboard: workouts and meal plans. The credentials sit with the organization, not with your personal profile — so they cover your whole team, even if the person who used the dashboard leaves later. You’ll find it under Settings → Technical manager.

Filling in the credentials

1

Open the tab

In the menu, go to Settings and pick Technical manager.
2

Fill in the physical education credential

The responsible person’s full name and their registration number. They answer for workout and cardio prescriptions.
3

Fill in the nutrition credential

The responsible person’s full name and their registration number. They answer for meal plan prescriptions.
4

Save

Click Save changes. The footer shows the state: “All saved”, “Unsaved changes”, or what’s still missing.
They can be two different people — a physical education professional and a dietitian. You need to provide at least one of the two.
A credential only counts when it has both name and number. Filling in half of it won’t save: the dashboard highlights the missing field.

If you don’t have a professional registration

You can keep using Kampp. To do that, tick the declaration in the I don’t have a professional registration block, confirming that you understand your responsibility for the professional use of the platform’s features. Once saved, the dashboard shows “Declaration confirmed”.
Saving requires a complete credential or the declaration. It isn’t an optional field you can leave blank — it’s a choice between the two paths.
