Want to send an announcement to everyone on a specific date — a year-end promo, a holiday note, the launch of a new class? The scheduled campaign does exactly that: it fires once, on the date and time you set.

How to set it up

Create the automation

In Kampp Flow, create an automation.

Choose the date trigger

In the trigger, select “Scheduled campaign (specific date)” and choose the date and time to fire.

Write the message

Add the WhatsApp message (and an attachment, if you want). Use to personalize, even when it’s for everyone.

Activate and wait for the date

Leave the automation on. When the date arrives, Kampp sends it to your athletes automatically.
Set the campaign up in advance and leave it on. You don’t need to be online at the time — Kampp fires it on its own when the date arrives.
It’s a one-time send: after the campaign goes out, it ends (it won’t keep repeating). For a new date, create a new campaign.
