Workouts are delivered by folder: you pick a folder and send it to whoever will train. That way, all the workouts in that folder land in the athlete’s account at once.

Assign a folder to an athlete

1

Open the athlete

In Athletes, open the person who will receive the workouts.
2

Pick the folder

Select the folder with the workouts you want to deliver.
3

Choose how to deliver it

  • Assign folder — delivers the folder’s workouts to the athlete. They receive and train; you stay the owner of the workouts.
  • Copy folder — creates copies exclusive to this athlete. You can tweak these workouts just for them, without touching your originals.
4

Confirm

Done. The workouts show up in the athlete’s app, ready for them to do.
Use Assign folder when the same plan fits several people. Use Copy folder when you want to personalize the workouts for that specific athlete.

Assign to a team or several athletes

To send the same workouts to many people at once, it’s also by folder:
1

Pick the folder

In your Workouts library, find the folder you want to send.
2

Use Assign folder

In the folder’s options menu (⋯), choose Assign folder and pick the destination: a whole team or several athletes at once.
3

Confirm

Everyone receives the folder’s workouts in the app, all at once.
Assigning a folder to a team is the fastest way to send the same plan to several people at the same time.
Among the destinations there’s also Everyone — it reaches your entire roster. Kampp shows an amber warning when you pick that option, precisely because there’s no easy way back.

Deliver only to who fits (teams)

When the destination is a team, three filters show up. They exist so you can send a single folder and each person receives the right version.
1

Who is this workout for?

Any, Male or Female.
2

Where does the athlete train?

Any, At home, Gym or Mixed.
3

What's the athlete's goal?

Any, a specific goal (Hypertrophy, Fat loss, Strength, General conditioning, Better stamina, Strong grip, Explosiveness, Mobility, Strong core, Active recovery) or Default · everyone else.
The difference that matters:
Anyone who hasn’t picked a goal yet (or hasn’t said where they train) receives it as soon as they set it in the app. You don’t have to redo the delivery afterwards.

Schedule the delivery and set a deadline

In the same modal there’s the Schedule delivery switch. With it on, you define:
  • Workout duration — Unlimited or from 1 to 52 weeks. That’s what generates the Expires column and the duration in weeks you later see in the athlete’s profile.
  • When to release — On a set date, or an individual countdown from each athlete’s entry.
  • Release after and Release time — for the individual countdown.
  • Start date — when the plan kicks in.
The individual countdown is what makes a folder work as a journey: whoever joins today gets week 1 today, and whoever joins next month gets week 1 next month.
Want to deliver a folder to someone who is not on your list? Use the folder’s options menu (⋯) and choose Share: whoever opens the link copies the workouts into their own account. See the step by step in share workouts with a link.

After you deliver

In the athlete’s Workouts tab, what they received shows up grouped by folder, with the Start date, the date it Expires (or “No end date”), the status and the duration in weeks.
As the athlete trains, their completions come back to you with load, reps, duration and how hard they found it. See Completed workouts.
