Building the message

Add the WhatsApp action

Inside the automation, click Add and choose Send WhatsApp.

Choose how to send it

In the Send via field, select which of your WhatsApp connections will send the message. (You connect WhatsApp once in Integrations.)

Write the message

Type the text. Use wherever you want the athlete’s name to appear — Kampp swaps it in when sending.

Personalization with

Writing “Hi , all good?” makes each athlete receive “Hi Maria, all good?”, “Hi John, all good?”, and so on. Simple and personal.
Short, kind messages work best. Talk the way you’d talk to the athlete in person.
The message is only sent to athletes with a phone on file who haven’t opted out of WhatsApp. If a phone is missing, Kampp simply skips that athlete, with no error.
