# Your profile and your details

> Set your name, your username and your photo — what the athlete sees of you.

Your details live in **Settings → Profile**.

## What you can change

<Steps>
  <Step title="Full name">
    It's how you show up to your athletes, in invites and on public pages.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Username">
    As you type, Kampp checks it and tells you whether it's **available** or **already
    taken**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Profile photo">
    JPG or PNG, up to **2 MB**. It shows up on your dashboard, in the chat and on the invite
    screens the athlete opens.
  </Step>
</Steps>

<Note>
  Your **email is locked** on this screen. To change it, talk to Kampp support.
</Note>

<Tip>
  It's worth uploading a real photo. It shows up on the invite screen the athlete sees
  before accepting — and a screen with a face converts better than one with a generic
  initial.
</Tip>

## Other things about your account

| What | Where |
| - | - |
| CREF / CRN | [Technical manager](/en/technical-manager) |
| Plan, invoices and cancellation | [Plan and subscription](/en/plan-subscription) |
| Browser notices | [Notifications](/en/notifications) |
| Details for receiving payouts | [Kampp Partners](/en/kampp-partners) |
| Who else can access the dashboard | [Invite members](/en/invite-members) |

## Light or dark theme

At the top of the dashboard there's a button to switch the theme. It's your own preference,
in your browser — it changes nothing for your athletes.

## Working with more than one account

If you belong to more than one organization (for example, your own dashboard and one where
you're a member of someone else's coaching business), a **selector shows up at the top of
the side menu** so you can switch between them.

Each organization has its own athletes, workouts and plan — nothing gets mixed up.
