# Monitoring: who needs you right now

> Kampp watches the workouts you delivered and tells you when an athlete deserves your attention.

With 80 athletes on your roster, it's impossible to look at everyone's progress every
week. The **Monitoring** tab does that sweep for you.

## Where to find it

Menu **Cortex** → **Monitoring** tab, in the **Next best actions** card.

Each row shows the athlete, the type of recommendation, the **reason** and the
**recommended action**.

## The alerts you might see

| Alert | What it usually means |
| - | - |
| **Consider progressing the load** | The athlete is handling it with room to spare — you can go up. |
| **Review the workout load** | Something doesn't add up: the workout may be too heavy. |
| **Reach back out** | They went quiet. Worth a message before it turns into a cancellation. |
| **Ask for feedback** | There isn't enough information for you to see how it's going. |

## What to do with each row

* **Acknowledge** — you've seen it and you'll act. It leaves the list and the menu counter
  drops.
* **Dismiss** — it doesn't make sense for this athlete. It disappears from the list.

<Tip>
  "Acknowledge" and "Dismiss" change nothing in the athlete's account — they're just your
  inbox. What actually solves things is what you do next: send the message, adjust the
  load, ask for the assessment.
</Tip>

## An empty list is a good sign

When there's nothing, Kampp shows **No intervention needed right now**. Kampp only looks at
the workouts you delivered and only opens a recommendation when it finds enough evidence —
it would rather stay quiet than bury you in false alarms.
