# Completed workouts: what comes back from the athlete

> See what the athlete actually did — loads, reps, how long it took and how hard it felt.

Prescribing is half the job. The other half is **seeing what came back** — and that's what the
**Completed workouts** card shows, on the athlete's profile.

## Where it lives

Open the athlete and look for the **Completed workouts** card. It comes collapsed, with the
count in the title; use **Expand** to open it.

## What each row shows

* The **name of the workout** they did.
* A **small bubble** when they left a note.
* The **date** and the **duration** (e.g., "48 min").
* The **perceived intensity**, in five dots: **Very light, Light, Moderate, Hard, Very hard** —
  or *no answer*, when they didn't answer.

<Tip>
  Perceived intensity is the cheapest and most underrated piece of data you have. Three "Very
  light" in a row means it's time to raise the load, even if they don't complain.
</Tip>

## Opening a completed workout

Click a row to see the detail:

* the **exercises grouped by block** (what was the warm-up, what came after the workout), so
  you see what they did and what they **skipped**;
* the **sets they actually recorded** — e.g., "10 reps · 40 kg", which is what matters for
  deciding progression;
* the **notes** they wrote.

## Load more

The card loads 20 at a time, with the **See more** button, up to 200 workouts. Beyond that,
use the athlete's metrics tab.

## What you don't see here

The photo the athlete takes at the end of the workout **doesn't show up** in this card —
that's theirs.
