# Audit: who did what

> The history of your team's actions, including who looked at an athlete's sensitive data.

When more than one person uses your dashboard, one question shows up sooner or later:
*who touched this?* The **Audit** tab answers it.

Go to **Team** → **Audit** tab.

## What gets logged

Two families of things:

* **Management actions** — inviting, removing, changing a role, changing a permission,
  touching billing or the organization.
* **Access to athlete data** — including **views** of intake forms, health data,
  measurements and Body Scan images, plus exports.

<Note>
  That's what separates an audit log from a plain "history": it also records **who merely
  looked** at sensitive data, not only who changed something.
</Note>

## The columns

| Column | What it shows |
| - | - |
| **Date** | Day and time of the action. |
| **Who** | The person on your team who did it. |
| **Action** | What was done, as a colored label. |
| **Resource** | What kind of item was affected. |
| **Target** | Who or what the action hit. |

## Filter

Two selectors above the table:

* **Action** — Viewed, Created, Updated, Deleted, Exported, Shared, Revoked, Changed
  permission, Invited, Removed, Changed role.
* **Resource** — Athlete profile, Intake form, Body Scan, Body Scan image, Body
  measurement, Health data, Workout, Team member, Permission, Organization, Billing,
  Consent.

The list comes 50 at a time, with **Previous** and **Next** at the bottom.

<Tip>
  Looking into something specific? Filter by **Resource** first (for example: *Body Scan
  image*) and only then by action. It's much faster than scrolling the whole list.
</Tip>

## What this is for in practice

* **Trust with the athlete.** If they ask who had access to their information, you have an
  answer.
* **Clarity with the team.** Something disappears and nobody can explain it — the audit log
  shows it.
* **Security.** Access that falls outside the pattern becomes visible.

<Note>
  The audit log is a paid-plan feature. Without an active plan, the tab shows up blurred
  with a button to unlock it.
