# Athlete timeline

> The timeline of everything that happened with that person, from the first link-up to the latest record.

The **Timeline** tab, inside the athlete's profile, gathers everything that happened in
chronological order. It's where you answer "what's been going on with this person?"
without hunting across five screens.

## What shows up

Events are grouped by day, with the two most recent days marked **TODAY** and
**YESTERDAY**. Each event brings the time and a type label:

| Type | What it records |
| - | - |
| **Account** | When they created their Kampp account. |
| **Link-up** | When they became your athlete. |
| **Delivery** | A workout you assigned. |
| **Workout** | A workout they completed. |
| **Record** | A personal record broken. |
| **Body scan** | A scan logged in the app. |
| **Note** | A note you wrote. |
| **Assessment** | A physical assessment recorded. |
| **Intake form** | An intake form answered. |

## Filter

The buttons at the top filter by type: **All, Workouts, Deliveries, Records, Scans, Notes,
Assessments**. Each one shows how many events of that type exist, and is disabled when
there are none.

<Tip>
  Cross the **Deliveries** filter with **Workouts** when an athlete claims they "never got
  a workout". The timeline shows exactly what you delivered and when.
</Tip>

## What it's for day to day

* **Before a renewal** — you scan months of history and remember what happened.
* **When an athlete goes quiet** — you can see when things started to cool off.
* **When you take over an athlete from another team member** — it's the fastest way to get
  up to speed.

## Limits

* The timeline loads the **100 most recent events**.
* It shows what happened **within your scope as a coach** — whatever the athlete does
  elsewhere doesn't appear.

<Note>
  The timeline is a paid-plan feature. Without an active plan, the tab shows up blurred
  with a button to unlock it.
